Congratulations to Sam who was awarded her brown belt after an excellent grading.

She was required to demonstrate throws and techniques from all of the previous belts as well as a multiple attackers section defending against grabs, kicks and strikes. And after all that, there was the brown belt syllabus too.

Sam demonstrated very good technique, kia and stance throughout.

Thanks to uki Sensei Jason, and also Sensei Darren and Lee who took part in the multiple attacker section.
