Rent the back room on Mondays?

You may remember when we used to use the back room on a Monday night. Shenley have told me that if we want to hire it again it will cost an extra £17 a session. We currently pay £40 for Mondays and £60 for Fridays.
What do you guys think? Are Mondays too cramped at the moment? Is it worth it to get the extra space? Can we fit in most of the mats anyway? Are we busy enough to need it? It is worth it for the extra space around the mat for spectators and break times? Let me know your thoughts on this one.
Back room
Shenley have upped out rent by £20 a week. This seems a huge hike, but is actually fair - we've been under-charged for the last year or two. This price change puts us back on track - in fact it's still a little lower than it should be. I think the Monday back room is out for now.
Looking back over the past couple of years, we can just about break even on the the rent from mat fees alone. Gradings, annual membership and equipment bring in a little more. As always it means we are reliant on a healthy kids session to pay for the club.
Growing the adults class would be a good move now as it's very sparse. Any ideas? I have posters if people are willing to put them up in local centres or workplace.
Update
From March this year, we are booking the back room on Mondays! The centre offered us a reasonable rate.
Hopefully this will help with the congestion we sometimes have especially with the kids session.
