Times and Location
We train at Shenley Leisure Centre, Burchard Crescent, Shenley Church End, Milton Keynes, MK5 6HF.
Training sessions are on Mondays in the Theatre and Fridays in the Gym
- Juniors (ages 8 - 16) - 19:00 to 20:30
- Seniors (over 16) - 20:30 to 22:00
